What courses does Advantage Real Estate Academy offer?

Advantage Real Estate Academy offers pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education courses. Our courses are available both online and in-person to suit your learning preferences. We also offer hybrid options to enhance your educational experience.

How do I register for a course?

You can register for a course in person or online. For some courses in Arkansas, a photo ID or Licensee’s pocket card may be required for registration.

What are the attendance requirements?

Each state has requirements established by the Real Estate Commission for Pre-license, Post license and Continuing Education Requirements. Each course will include an explanation of the attendance requirements.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my enrollment?

Yes, you can receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the course start time. If you cancel after this period or do not show up, you forfeit the tuition paid. In emergency situations, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do I need to purchase any materials for the courses?

The Modern Real Estate Practice textbook is included with the Arkansas and Oklahoma pre-license courses. Texas and Colorado courses have an ebook that is provided with the course. Post license and CE courses vary in content, but do not generally require any additional textbooks.
